Q: What is "Get Clucked!™"?

A: It's our exclusive custom service where you send us a photo of a person or a pet, and our professional artists transform them into a unique, high-quality cartoon chicken in the signature ChickenPop style! We then print your original design on the apparel or product of your choice.

Q: Can I get my pet Cluckified?

A: Absolutely! We love cluckifying cats, dogs, birds, lizards—if you can send us a picture, we can turn it into a fantastic custom chicken design.

Q: Is the design a template, or is it custom drawn?

A: Every single Cluckified™ design is 100% custom-drawn by our artists based on the photo you provide. We capture unique features like hair color, style, glasses, and accessories to ensure your chicken is one-of-a-kind.

## 📸 Photo Submission and Design Process

Q: What kind of photo works best?

A: The clearer, the better! We recommend a high-resolution, head-on photo taken in good lighting. We primarily focus on the face, hairstyle, and any defining features (like glasses or jewelry).

Q: What features will the artist try to capture?

A: Our artists focus on hairstyle, hair color, facial hair (beards, mustaches), glasses, and general clothing color/vibe. We are capturing the essence of the person, translated into a chicken!

Q: Can I review the artwork before it's printed?

A: Yes! We believe in happy customers. We will send you a digital proof of the final Cluckified™ illustration for your approval before it goes to printing. You can request small adjustments at this stage.

## 💲 Pricing, Ordering & Turnaround Time

Q: How much does the Cluckification cost?

A: Our pricing has two parts:

The Custom Illustration Fee: This is a one-time fee to cover the artist's time to create your unique design.

The Product Cost: This is the cost of the t-shirt, hoodie, mug, or poster you choose to print the design on.

Q: How long does the whole process take?

A: The custom design and approval process typically takes 1–2 business days. Once approved, printing and shipping usually takes an additional 3 - 7 business days. Total time from order to delivery is usually 5–10 business days.

Q: If I order more products later, do I have to pay the Illustration Fee again?

A: No! Once you pay the initial Custom Illustration Fee, the design is yours. You can order that same design on any of our products later (mugs, posters, etc.) and only pay the Product Cost.
